Impatient for the ever-anticipated arrival of spring, I decided to bring out one of my favourite mild weather items with a winterised twist - the maxi skirt.
I kept a very dark palette, a thin sweater on top, and a moody lip to keep things season appropriate. Read on for additional photos and outfit details.

Should it not have been a balmy -3 degrees Celsius here in Toronto, thick tights and boots would be an easy way to stay warm. Would you wear a maxi skirt in the winter?

LOL balmy -3. Today was basically tropical weather compared to the last few weeks. Love this simple outfit with a leopard clutch :)

Right? I'll take -3 over the crazy weather we've been having lately! By the time the temperature rises over the freezing point, we'll all be in shorts and tee shirts!
