Review: Lise Watier Hydraforce

Let me level with you: I'm no longer in my twenties, and as a result my skin has been changing.  What once was a skincare routine of wash, pat-dry and go to bed is now a full-blown synchronized routine that relies heavily on moisturizer. To me that's the real secret to having beautiful, younger looking skin: you really have to moisturize.

I was so happy to be introduced to Lise Watier's Hydraforce line.  Canadian brand aside (yay!), this super-packed trio of Comforting Creme, Protective Creme-Gel and Lip Balm have been a saviour to my parched skin.

Here's the funny thing; I didn't even realize that I had dry skin until I tried out the Lise Watier moisture detector from the app store.  Imagine my surprise when I found that my face is dryer then the desert - and all this time I thought that because I was oily it meant that my skin was hydrated!  Thankfully after using the Lise Watier Hydraforce line and re-testing my face in the morning I saw that my skin's hydration had improved over 40% - with a noticeable reduction in oil.  Looks like properly moisturizing your skin is more important than I had originally thought!

I'm so happy to have been introduced to the Lise Watier Hydraforce line, as I'm looking forward to seeing the positive changes that including hydrating products in my skincare routine will being along.  I'm also anticipating a lot of travel in the next coming months, so the Hydraforce line will be great for getting my skin in tip-top shape to prepare.

If you're in the Toronto area, head over to Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket today from 12noon - 5pm to test your skin's hydration for yourself, and to get free samples of Lise Watier's Hydraforce line! I'll be there, so be sure to say hello!

See you there and happy hydrating!
